Dave's Famous Rock Trip Loop 2022

Most years Dave, our club field trip leader, takes curious new and long time members on a day long adventure through the west desert. It is one of the best attended field trips of the year. The trip not only has stops at famous sites like the Dugway Geode Beds and Agate Hill but also has stops to learn about the Pony Express trail and other interesting places along the way. 

 Due to the weather and mechanical issues this year, we were unable to visit all the sites we had hoped for. But everyone seemed to have an enjoyable and safe trip. Some fantastic treasures were found.
